Portugal remains the Best Destination in the World!

Portugal is prepared and open to receive tourists.

Thanks to the control ensured and the preparation measures that have been taken in all areas in general, and in tourism in particular, it is possible to enjoy the cultural, natural and intangible heritage, stay in hotels and other accommodations or go to restaurants. There are no limitations to the movement of residents or tourists and all transport is in full operation. There are no closures nor quarantines. The tourism and cultural facilities are open and in full operation, ensuring that those who wish to visit Portugal enjoy full security.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has published, on Thursday, the 17th of September, at 4 pm, the regular travel guide, according to which, due to the increase in the incidence rate of infected by COVID-19, Portugal is now included in the orange category, which means that all non-essential travels to Portugal are discouraged.

The recommendations take effect from the 00.00 of 18th of September, so you are advised to carefully read the instructions provided by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Police at the following links:
